- Staff (names, positions)
- Contact Information (address, phone number, website, e-mail)
- Supports (what it offers community, including programs and initiatives, and whom it targets through those programs and initiatives)
- Needs (what it needs help with)
- Publish database online and in brochures
- Lead Bonner students in Community Asset Mapping project
- Work with Student Engagement Facilitator to bring in community agencies for Service Core meetings
- Help coordinate the Fall and Spring Volunteer Fair
- Solicit community agencies that are not yet in the database:
- by calling them
- by e-mail them
- by visiting them
- Report to Mary Gossett
Student Engagement Facilitator
Colleen Mullholland
- Work with students to help them find service partnerships that meet their specific needs, which could be:
- academic
- organizational
- individual interest
- Respond to e-mail and phone solicitations
- Lead Bonner students in Community Asset Mapping project
- Create an interest and opportunity matching resource/program
- Present opportunities and lead workshops with student organizations and academic classes
- Market opportunities to students, faculty and staff
- Facilitate "Service Core" meetings
- Report to respective CSL Staff members

Center for Service Learning Program Manager

- Maintain the Center for Service Learning's physical organizational infrastructure and scheduling
- Maintain the Center for Service Learning's website (work with technology manager)
- Create and update informational resources to be used within the Center for Service Learning
- Assist the professional staff with special projects and assignments
- Distributes and Collects Time Cards
- Collect BWBRS hours
- Coordinates the Days of Service Program
- Facilitate Alternative Fall and Spring Breaks

- Assist staff with coordinating special events in community engagement and philanthropy

- Does the Marketing and Advertising for each event to communicate Stetson Students, Faculity and Staff, Community Partners and DeLand Community

Technology Manager
Taylor Hetherington
- Assist staff with implementing new technologies (ie: wiki, YouTube, flikr, Facebook, BWBRS 3.0)
- Maintain website and wiki's for the Center for Service Learning and other Student Service Organizations
- Take video and pictures of every Center for Service Learning event
- Teach student service organizations/individuals learn new useful technology tools (ie: wiki, YouTube, flikr, Facebook, BWBRS 3.0)
- Provide workshops on new technology
- Editor of the Outlet Newsletter
- Report to Amanda Reece
Public Relations Coordinator
Margaret Sheridan
- Creates press releases for the Center For Service Learning focusing on events that are up and coming and that have already happened
- Works closely with Stetson University's Office of Public Relations and Communication
- Editor of the Center for Service Learning Online Newsletter, "The Outlet"
